Dr. Bridget Stiegler is a distinguished osteopathic physician, board-certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine, with fellowship training in Integrative Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience managing complex medical conditions across hospitals, care facilities, clinics, and in-home settings.

In March 2025, after completing her integrative medicine fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, she opened True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute. There, she blends evidence-based Western medicine with ancient healing practices, continuing to expand her expertise in complementary and alternative modalities.

Dr. Stiegler also serves as a clinical professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona and as Vice President of the Arizona Academy of Osteopathy. As a physician member of the Data Safety Monitoring Board for Scottsdale Research Institute, she helps oversee landmark trials evaluating the utility of psychedelic medicines. Widely respected as a dynamic and compassionate educator, she is committed to enhancing quality of life, comfort, and autonomy for patients and families navigating serious illness, while broadening access to integrative care for the general population.

Dr. Stiegler earned her medical degree at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed a pre-doctoral teaching fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She finished her Internal Medicine residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, serving as chief resident in 2010, and later worked as a hospital academic teaching attending. In 2013, she completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Harvard Medical School and went on to direct hospice and palliative care for Northern Arizona Healthcare before completing her Integrative Medicine fellowship in 2025.
